At AstroRaj, we are committed to providing transparent, ethical, and customer-focused spiritual and astrological services. Our offerings include personalized consultations, pooja services, and customized digital guidance. Because many of our services are tailored and time-bound, certain offerings may not qualify for refunds or returns. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking or purchase.
Refund Eligibility
1. Consultation Services
Refunds are not applicable once a consultation session has been completed.
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session:
You may receive a 50% refund, or
Choose to reschedule once at no extra cost.
2. Pooja & Ritual Services
Once a pooja is booked and preparations have begun, no refund can be issued.
If the pooja has not yet started, you may request a 40% partial refund to cover material and arrangement charges.
3. Digital Reports / Kundli / Remedies
Due to the personalized nature of these digital items, they are non-refundable once delivered.
Product Return Policy
No product returns are accepted, whether physical or digital.
This includes spiritual items, pooja materials, digital files, reports, or any other products purchased from AstroRaj.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or phone.
Eligible refunds (when applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Rescheduling Policy
One-time rescheduling is allowed free of charge if requested 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Last-minute rescheduling may incur an additional fee.

If you experience issues such as:
Incomplete service
Delay
Incorrect or missing documents
